The person that wants the piece of clothing will have to go to the dressmaker so that the dressmaker can take the measurements of the person. Once the dressmaker has the measurements and the pattern of whatever it is that the person wants, he or she can start with the piece of clothing.
The man that is ordering the part will have to wait for a quote from the person that makes the part. He will have to make a deposit on the part or will have to pay the full amount, depending on what the policy is of the company. Once a payment that has been agreed upon has been made, the other person will start with the making of the part.
