Sea salt is one of the most natural substance you can use. The salt contains natural minerals that are potent in killing bacteria hiding on the teeth as well as in the mouth. Also, has minerals with the capability to strengthen your gum. It is one of the easiest things one can use and accessible. You only need to dip your brush into a container with the salt or make a solution then comfortably use it.

Another important thing you can use is a medicinal tree stick prepared adequately for the brushing. Some people believe that individual trees with healing abilities to aid in protection from decay. They are mostly known as herbal medicine. Once you cut a piece of branch and prepare it, you will be able to do away with food substances. But, you will not be guaranteed fresh mouth breath.

If you can access coconut oil, then you have an added advantage also. It serves as an anti fungal and anti-bacterial substance hence improving your oral health. It can be mixed with other elements such as sea salt to make it more operational. Hence, when you continually use it, you reduce the risks of teeth damage from the bacteria.

Water can be useful especially when you have had your meals away from home. It cannot successfully help in cleaning up your teeth since it does not cover up for the mouth odor but aid in removing food particles. For that reason, you will be required to brush your fangs after having dipped the brush in some pure water.

Some people have claimed that natural and unscented soap can assist in better mouth cleaning than the pastes. The soaps do not have any of the harmful chemicals contained in the commercial cleaning pastes. Some specific soap brands have been manufactured for this purpose. Hence, you can get them in a shop, but you need to avoid using the scented ones.

Also, you can use hydrogen peroxide as a cleaning agent. Once you mix it with some other element like sea salt, you make it the mixture more efficient in whitening and strengthening the teeth. But, you need to take caution not to use hydrogen peroxide severally since it has some side effects.
