You can do this by first checking your inventory and discovering what supply is in short then order depending on the frequency in which different products are being used. The best approach to do this is to have a short term budget preferably a monthly budget this reduces the amount of supplies that are just laying around which can be cause for wasting among the employees.

Make sure you take a good look of the goods that you receive from the sales people. This ensures that you do not receive defective supplies or a less amount. The defective ones if any can be returned immediately and keep asking the sales rep if there are better products that could help you save you could be supplies to find other products out there that do the same job for less.

You should always make sure that you make all your payments on time. This helps you to avoid fines that are imposed on sales people for overdue payments. These extra charges would cost you a lot if you are the kind of person who forgets to handle the payments.

The most important thing in the business is to ensure that you keep all your costs down. This increases the profit margin. This helps you save a little bit of money from every part of the supply.
