Is Your Child Safe With The Baby Sitter?

By Daeve T Berger

Resorting to secret hidden cameras has been one of the best decisions which I have ever made in the matter of security. I'm a busy mother juggling office work with family, and my hubby has left all matters involving our kids up to me.

I have 2 elementary school kids and a six-month-old baby girl. It's tough being a working mom so it all came down to employing a nanny for my youngest.

This was my first time to do so considering that I was a full-time mother for my first two children. In spite of that, I am not taking chances on my child's safety. I asked my hubby to help me search for spy cameras online. He found disguised ones that looked like any other object you would find inside the house.

It felt natural to place a teddy bear hidden camera with DVR inside her room. It blended well along with her other stuffed toys, as I made certain to place it inconspicuously to make sure that this color camera could monitor the nanny's actions discreetly.

An air purifier hidden camera with DVR close to the windows provided another angle within the baby's room. There was no programming or software set up needed to have the DVR function working. It captured images as soon as I took it out of its packaging.

Considering that my newborn likes to sleep to soft lullabies playing inside her quarters, I leave my iPod with the nanny with instructions that she play the songs my little girl loves. I conveniently have her dock it on an iPod player hidden camera with DVR.

After I get back from work and see the nanny off, I quickly set out to see the video files saved to the SD cards that came with my surveillance cameras. Occasionally, I look at the video footage on TV by just connecting any of the cameras to it with the provided RCA cables.

It turns out that I have a good and caring nanny under my ward. However, this will not stop me from utilizing secret hidden cameras to watch over my baby constantly while I am away.
