Twitter Release New Update

By Hassan Khan

A big development, and good news for users, has emerged from the Twitter headquarters today. They have announced that all users will now be given access to their analytics system. This information was previously limited to advertisers.

The analytics feature can be accessed via analytics.twitter.com. It is open to everyone, and offers valuable insights into how tweets are performing, as well as metrics on monthly engagement rates for the account that you are logged in to.

It will show users which actions are reaping the most results, so that they can focus on those things. It also helps users to divide their time in a much more efficient way, as the data will show which tasks are wasting time, or not producing significant results.

Overall, if you are someone who is looking for a quick way to find out if your product is doing good or not I suggest you look into this update. This update can also help you see which places in the market you should be stepping your foot into and which markets you should be staying away from instead. This update is so different from all the other updates that Twitter has made before. It makes me proud to state that Twitter is the first to make this bold step. If, you want more information surrounding the new update feel free to ask me.

Any user who wants to begin using this new data, or simply wants to take a look, can do so by going to their Tweet activity dashboard, or by logging into analytics.twitter.com. It is likely that many Twitter users will be happy with this news, which many have requested for a long time. However, it may also provide some shocks and surprises when they discover how little interaction their tweets are receiving. There has already been many surprises noted by users on social media. The news has certainly brought a lot of attention to Twitter this week.

Personally, I feel this is not as helpful as it can be for companies or celebs that use Twitter on a daily basis. It can really help companies see what kind of target they should be going after, it really can help with the whole business area, but for just a normal person not so much.
