Your videos will be a lot better if you can cut the parts your viewers do not need to see and can smoothly transition from one segment to the next. Keep your videos short, well-structured and do your best to keep your audience interested.

When using videos to market your business, be sure to add a link to your website. If someone views your video and is interested in your company, more information will be just one click away. These links can be added either in the video description, or in a hovering caption added to your video. However, you do it, make sure that the link is easily visible and always kept up to date.

Production value is not the key to a good video. There is no need for expensive equipment if your video is in focus and balanced. There is probably no need to develop a formal script, either. Relax, turn towards the camera and talk naturally. If you do not want to be in the video, there are other options. Powerpoint presentations and screen capture sequences may be able to fit the bill.

Consider running a contest where your customers submit videos they've created for your company, and then run those videos periodically in place of your own. Customers love to see their name in lights, and these great pieces of art will help promote your company and may even become viral over time.

Get your employees and coworkers involved in your video marketing efforts. The ideal person is someone personable and good in front of the camera. Don't shy away from using more than on person, if doing so will be to your benefit.
